Toolbar Help
This is a list of functions that are accessed from the toolbar above the map window.

	"SELECT" BUTTON Click on button then click on map feature(s) to select it/them.
	"ZOOM IN" BUTTON Click on button then click on, or click and drag a box around, area to zoom in on.
	"ZOOM OUT" BUTTON Click on button then click in map to Zoom out by a factor of two.
	"UNZOOM" BUTTON Click on button then click in map to Zoom out as far as possible.
	"PAN" BUTTON Click on this then click on the map and drag to view different areas.
	"PRINT" BUTTON Click on this button to print the current view.
	"ZOOM PREVIOUS" BUTTON Click on button to Zoom to Previous View.
